Don’t trust this women! Never received my order from Christmas and she assured me she would make it up to me by making another mask for my son’s birthday. She hasn’t responded to any messages since the beginning of the year and never refunded me for my Christmas order that I never received. Very disappointing.

Never arrived, despite multiple assurances from the shop owner that the package had been mailed (the tracking info said a label had been created but the package was never delivered to USPS). I asked for a refund after a month of no movement. The package still hasn't arrived so I don't think it was ever sent.
