Wholesale availability
Yes, I accept batch orders. Good pricing for businesses for patches with logo. Please contact me via Etsy messaging or button Request Custom Order. For price calculation I always need:
1. design (even photo or sketch can be fine)
2. size of a patch
3. quantity of patches you need.

For my EU Customers: Fast & Local 🏰
Q: Are there any customs duties or extra taxes for orders within the EU
- Absolutely none. I'm a registered EU business based in Finland. Since we are within the same single market, there are no tariffs, no customs checks, and no hidden import fees. The price you see includes any applicable local VAT, and your package will move through the EU postal system just like local mail.
Q: Do you ship faster to the EU, UK?
- Yes. Because EU orders do not need to pass through international customs or border checks, shipping times are significantly shorter. Most EU orders arrive within 5 business days. I ship all orders within 1 -2 days.
For My US Customers ❤️: All-Inclusive Shipping (DDP)
Q: Will I have to pay any customs duties, tariffs, fees upon delivery?
- No. I have fully updated my US shipping process for 2025 to be 100% stress-free. I ship all US orders via Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means the price you see at checkout is the final "landed cost." You will NOT receive a bill from the carrier or a payment notice at your local post, but yes, the duties/fees are inside the price.
Q: Why are your US items now sold in sets or at a higher price point?
- Due to the 2025 changes in US import regulations, single low-cost items now carry high processing fees. To protect my customers from these costs, I have shifted to sets of items. This allows you get the best value per item without the headache of international paperwork
Care instructions
How to iron on an embroidered patch?
1. Preheat the glue side of the patch with e.g. hair drier, and pre-heat the iron itself to the Synthetic regime.
2. Place the patch in the intended location and cover it with a thin piece of light cotton fabric
3. Place the iron on the covered with fabric patch and firmly push with your weight for 40 sec, do not move the iron.
4. Iron the inner side also for 20-30 sec
5. Leave to cool down for 2-3 hours
6. We do recommend sewing on the patches, this is still the most reliable way to keep them in your desired place.
7. For delicate fabrics only sewing on is applicable. Most appropriate for iron-on are cotton, denim etc.
What is your Return policy? Can I return a customized item that you produced for me? I changed my mind, don't need it anymore.
Returns & Refunds
Please note: returns and exchanges are accepted for non-personalized and non-digital products within 14 days starting from the order's arrival date. No additional cost for you if the product proved as originally dispatched broken. Please note: we check product quality and make photo fixation on every dispatched shipment. Returned products must be free of defects and unused. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We will refund the price of the products within 14 days after the return has arrived to us.
As per legislation, the right of return does not apply to digital products and customized products such as custom-made embroidered items. But please contact us, we will try to find a solution 🤝.

I do not embroider logos unless you have right to use it. By submitting any design, text, or artwork for custom embroidery, you confirm that you hold the rights or necessary permissions to use the submitted content. You also affirm that the design does not promote hate speech, nationalism, violence, or any other offensive content. I reserve the right to decline orders that may violate these principles. Please note, I am not responsible for any copyright, trademark, or legal issues that may arise from the use of submitted designs or text.
Safety Recommendations from manufacturer part 1
Our custom or ready-to-go embroidered patches are created with care and made to order. Not mass production.
Attachment: When attaching your patch (whether by sewing or ironing), ensure it is securely affixed to prevent it from detaching and potentially becoming a hazard, especially for young children. Follow the recommended attachment method for the backing you've chosen.
Small Parts: While we strive for secure attachment of all threads and elements, please be mindful that embroidered patches can contain small parts (e.g. threads). Keep away from very young children.
Durability: While durable, excessive pulling or snagging on the patch could damage the embroidery. Handle with care.

Intended Use: The patches are intended for decorative purposes on clothing, bags, or other fabric items. Misuse could lead to damage or potential hazards.
Iron-On Backing: If your patch has an iron-on backing, ensure it is properly adhered according to instructions. A loose iron-on patch could detach. Be cautious when ironing and allow the patch to cool completely before handling.
