MotuProprio's Shop Policies

Welcome

Welcome to Motu Proprio, the Etsy shop where color is the main character.

Payment

Only PayPal payments are accepted; if you donĀ“t have a PayPal account, you can use your credit card to pay through them.

Payment is required within 48 hours, if that presents a problem, please contact me; otherwise the transaction will be canceled and the item relisted.

Shipping

Orders will be shipped by the Argentinean postal service "Correo Argentino", via Priority Mail which provides a tracking number. It will let you check the shipping status while the item is in transit (if your local post provides this service).

If the addresses listed in PayPal and Etsy do not match, the item will be shipped to the PayPal one. If you prefer to ship your order to a different address, you'd have to update your Paypal adderess.

Orders will be shipped within two business days after the payment confirmation.
You wil receive an e-mail with the shipping confirmation and the tracking number.

Delivery time depends upon your location, usually takes 2 weeks / 4 weeks (around 10 to 20 working days) to arrive.

You will be required to sign the delivery confirmation slip.

If the shipment does not arrive within 1 month after the shipping date, please contact me.

International customers are responsible for customs fees, duties or taxes (if any), assessed by the destination country.

Refunds and Exchanges

My goal is that the buyer is satisfied with his purchase. Please contact me if you are unsatisfied with your order.

Returns are accepted within 3 business days of delivered shipment. Once this period has expired, returns will not be accepted.

Refunds will take place after the items arrive back. They must be received in the same condition as they were originally shipped, unworn, otherwise they will not be accepted.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
