The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Refunds are available within 5 days of your item being delivered. The amount refunded will be the item cost, any expedited shipping purchased will not be refunded.
Customer is responsible for the return shipping charges. Custom items cannot be refunded.

In the case of an item lost in the postal system & no delivery is updated on the tracking, a refund (item cost) or replacement item will be sent after 30 days or sooner if item is returned to sender.

Seller is not responsible for items being returned for wrong address, buyer is responsible for shipping charges.

In the case of an item being marked as delivered in the postal tracking and buyer has not received this item. Buyer is urged to contact their local USPS office with tracking number to submit an inquiry.

Please Read:

Each of my items are hand crafted by myself. If you have a need by date please let me know and I will try my hardest to meet your needs. I cannot guarantee a delivery date unless priority express 1-2 day mail is requested.
If your item is marked as delivered in the tracking information, I have to believe it was delivered, contact your local post office with the tracking number for any concerns of delivery.

If your purchase is a gift & going straight to the receiver, just let me know and I can include a gift note and I will not include the price on the receipt.

The standard shipping method is usually USPS first class parcel and will include a USPS tracking number. Priority upgrades are available during checkout for most of my items sent to US addresses.
