Today, I have sent literally hundreds of painted
picture frames all over the globe to happy
and delighted buyers. I do frame sets, single
frames, and also custom orders are welcomed.
My dad was a landscape and wildlife artist, so
from an early age, I've loved color and paint.
Thanks to my dad, I have an eye for color and
for mixing custom colors so they are just right.
I really enjoy taking a not so pretty vintage item
and giving it new life and purpose.
My goal is to make sure every frame that is
sent out from my studio has received an expert
re-do with attention to detail. The occasional
vintage or antique collectible I may offer will be
of fine collector quality.

Accepted payment methods
No Paypal account? No problem. You do NOT need to have a Paypal account to use your credit card.
Here's a quick run-through of how to purchase items from my shop
a) add the item(s) to your cart
b) click the checkout button
c) enter your shipping information
d) select “ Pay with PayPal” as your payment method – even if you don’t have a PayPal account and want to use a credit card
You will be taken to a PayPal page for that purchase. It may prompt you to sign up for a PayPal account – but you do not need to. If you do not want to sign up for a PayPal account, scroll down and you will see the option to pay with a credit card or a bank account. After payment, you will be redirected to your purchase order for submission. MAKE SURE TO HIT THE "SUBMIT ORDER" BUTTON or the purchase won't go through.
If using echeck on paypal (using your checking account), your product will not ship until payment is cleared, usually within 3-5 days.
We do our best to keep ship costs down as much as we can. Please understand that ship costs are continuously increasing with every passing year. We pack boxes as light as we can without compromising adequate packaging to keep the weight down.
All international customs fees or duty taxes are the responsibility of the buyer at time of delivery. Please be familiar with your countries customs fees. Your item will be declared as merchandise on the waybill. We cannot declare it as a gift to avoid customs fees.
We are experts at safe and proper packaging. Our packing methods have proven to be 100% reliable for damage free delivery. We have shipped everything from large antique crocks to antique oil portraits to heavy antique sewing machines, all arriving unscathed. We use clean and appropriate packing material and boxes. We do recycle packing peanuts, but only if they're clean.
Should you receive an item that was damaged during shipment, contact us immediately with a photo of the damage. Do not discard the original box or packing material in case a postal damage claim is warranted. We will promptly do whatever is necessary to replace (if possible) or reimburse for damage to your item or items.
Please allow adequate time for your package to arrive once it is shipped. We've had extremely reliable results with prompt delivery of our USPS Priority packages, however, if you feel it's been too long for arrival, please let us know so we can check on it for you.
All packages have tracking numbers. Once the package shows it's been delivered, we cannot be held responsible for packages that could possibly disappear from outside your residence if you aren't home when it's delivered.
Refunds and Exchanges
Custom painted frames:
These are frames where you have chosen your color and
size frame. Custom painted frames are not returnable. Be
sure to read the listings description and make sure you
have chosen the correct color and size you want. The only returns
accepted for custom painted frames is if we unintentionally
made a significant error in your order.
Completed Frames or Mirror Sets:
These are frames or frame sets that we offer that are already
completed. These may include recycled frames and also
new frames, all in excellent condition with our new finish. We
do not accept returns on these sets unless we made a
significant error in the item's description. Please read the
item's description before purchasing.
Paint Colors For Custom Frames:
The paint color choices shown with our custom listings may
look slightly different in tone on different computer screens. These colors
are set as true in tone on how my screen shows them. If color tone
is critical for your decor, PLEASE request color samples mailed
to you before ordering. We'd only need your address and then
mail that right out to you. As computer screens all vary, we
cannot accept a return on custom painted frames if the color
you chose is not an exact match for your decor, or if you've
changed your mind and want a totally different color. Give ample
thought to your color choices. As every single color we can
do is not shown in the listings due to space, don't hesitate to
ask us about colors that would better match your decor.
We may occasionally offer vintage or antique collectibles in
our store. We describe these items in great detail and provide
sharp, clear pictures. Please read the item's entire description
and view the picture provided. Vintage and antique items will
normally show some signs of age or use, but if so, we will
certainly point that out. We cannot accept returns on these
items unless we made an unintentional and significant
error in the item's description.
Items Received Damaged By The Carrier:
We have an excellent track record for items arriving in excellent
condition due to our proper methods of packaging. However,
should your item arrive damaged due to excessive carrier
mishandling, please let us know right away. Send us a quick
photo of the damage and we will promptly do whatever is
necessary to correct the situation for you.
