1 out of 5 starsWell, I'm sad to have to give this a 1 star------ I received the beautiful bag in good time, but it was packaged only in a plastic bag without any reinforcement-----When I opened it the handle was broken---- Convo'd and sent pics same day, and seller was really nice; offered to send insurance claim so I could recoup my money ( because the bag is unusable with a broken handle) ---- convo'd seller a few days later to inquire again about insurance claim and nothing-- so today still no response---Boo.

This was taken care of immediately, I am recovering and recouperating from surgery so in unable to check my mail everyday. I sent her the insurance clam 5 days ago, the day she requested it. I did all I could, sorry you are so disapponted in the transaction you are the first.
