1 out of 5 starsPlaced order, was then called and told b/c I requested personalization I had to pay more b/c the items I chose don’t come with personalization and need to go through a different shop (even tho the photos showed examples with personalization). After that I was told items would be here in time - 3 days past they finally arrive - one of the glasses is broken.
