LISTING= sizing and quality - what it all means
We will always do our best to give you the customer as much detail about an item as possible including any "flaws" or damage. Our items are rated from excellent to fair.
Please check measurements for the best fit! very important...as the vintage sizes are not the same as modern day sizes. We measure our clothing in inches.
Excellent condition- means there are no flaws and the item looks almost new for a vintage piece. The pieces are vintage meaning 20 years or older.
Great condition- means that there may be 1 or 2 minor flaws but does not affect the overall esthetic or charm of the vintage item, if anything else adds to the character!
Good condition- has some bumps and bruises, but is still awesome and functional as a peice, you may need to do a bit of a fix...item will be priced accordingly
Fair condition- means that the peice is rough, but it is such a sweet find and still a real looker that it simply must be salvaged...some repair work is needed, but will be priced accordingly.
We will be prompt in our responce to you always with-in one to two days, unless otherwise noted, and accept refunds within 60 days of us sending you the item. The refunded item must be in the same condition as when we sent it, and you will have to return the item at your expense.
We will only ship an item once your payment has been confirmed. We will always take great care to pakage the item in order for it's safe arrival.
Please ensure you give the correct mailing address as to avoid a package getting lost. As we cannot be responsible for this, and it is always recommended to pay extra for a tracking number and insurance.
We will not be responsible for any lost or damaged item.
WHEN CAN YOU EXPECT YOUR ITEM?
All shipping costs listed are for standard,regular, shipping, which is the lowest shipping rate available. We ship through Canada post.
NORTH AMERICA - a wait of 2-4 weeks for arrival.
INTERNATIONAL - a wait of 4-10 weeks.
You can request A FASTER SHIPPING OPTION just convo us and we will send you an invoice for the difference.
The shipping prices listed are as accurate as possible, but may require additional shipping monies depending on the postal code. If the shipping costs less than you paid with no less than a 4$ difference we will gladly refund you the extra cost.

We ship all our items with Canada Post. The shipping prices listed are for standard and express, surface shipping. This can take 2-4 weeks for delivery, in North America, and 4-10 weeks international. This is the lowest cost option. Note, If it is the holiday season it may take longer.
If you require a FASTER OPTION PLEASE LET US KNOW to get the additional cost added to your purchase. With standard surface shipping, there is no insurance or tracking on the items. We recommend that you pay additional fees for the tracking and shipping, as we will not be responsible for any damaged, or lost items. Paying for this option will also get the item to you a bit faster.
We do our very best to package the items carefully. We will often use recycled materials to be a greener store, so expect some granola boxes,shoe boxes, newspaper or reworked cardboard to be holding your item in tact!
We will always take great care in pacakgeing your item in order for it to arrive to you safely.
If you have a special request for an order being mailed to another address (as a gift) or for faster delivery, please let us know and we will be happy to add or send a request for any additional charges before being shipped. We can even wrap it up for you...just let us know!
We will always do our very best to assist you with any shipping requirements. Please note that for some international shipping there may be a duty tax you will have to pay on your end in addition to the shipping cost you already paid for, We will package the item in hopes of avoiding this for you! There may also be a delay at customs, sometimes this cannot be avoided and may add a longer wait.
Refunds and Exchanges
We do not accept returns, we list our items as accurately and carefully as possible so please be sure to read the details. We will however do exchanges but only within 60 days of purchase and for an item of same or greater value. You send the item back, at your expense, for exchange with your receipt, and then we will credit you once you find an exchange item.
If something is deemed to be at our fault then we will refund you the cost for shipping and you can send it back for an exchange on another item.
When there is the exception of a final sale, it will be listed and there will be no exchanges on this item as it will likely be an inventory clear out.
