Beautiful wooden toys for open-ended play.

We are dedicated to offering a growing variety of heirloom quality toys which keep children engaged away from screens, spending meaningful time with their parents, friends or siblings as well as on their own.

Our signature style follows the organic shapes and colors of nature. While our toys have a realistic look, they are still stylized and close to works of art. Such objects teach children respect for nature, beauty and craftsmanship. Their warm natural feel makes children calm, relaxed and happy.

Wood is a beautiful material, and it naturally invites children to take good care of it and preserve it. Anyone can learn how to take good care of wood and actually preserve it for generations to come. We use hardwood, which is hard to dent or chip and can last for centuries. Buying and maintaining such toys could be a good investment as they have resale value. Maintaining and passing them on could be one of the things you do to save the planet.

We use only certified European materials - safe and ethically produced: sustainable wood, water-based paint and natural oils. Our toys are tested and comply with EU toy safety regulations.

We invest hours in designing and handcrafting a toy, but we are dedicated to keeping our prices affordable.

What shall I do to return a product?

INSPECT THE PRODUCT WITH CARE. When you receive a product, please inspect it in a way you would be allowed to in a physical shop - carefully so that you do not damage it.

WRITE TO US WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE PRODUCT. It does not matter if you received it personally or through a third party (for example a friend or a neighbour).

SEND THE PRODUCT BACK TO US WITHIN 30 DAYS OF DELIVERY. Please, make sure you pack carefully to prevent it from damaging. Use the original packaging and return the labels as well. Keep proof that you have sent the item so that you can trace it and know when we have received it

Who pays for the shipping of returned items? How do I get refund for shipping I paid when ordering the item?

Customers pay for the shipping of returned items.

If you have used the shipping methods we offer to receive the product from us, we will fully refund the shipping costs we paid to send you the item. If you have used a more expensive one than the standard one offered by us, you will bear the difference in cost between the two types of delivery.

How do I cancel an order?

If you wish to cancel a purchase, please write to us within 2 hours of payment. In this case we will be able to cancel. If you you were prevented to contact us within the set time limit, write to us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee after this time limit, but we will do our best.

Can I exchange an item I ordered?

We accept some exchanges, but we review each case separately. Write to us as soon as possible.

How do I track my package? What if I have given a wrong address?

TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE. We will provide you with a tracking number when we ship the item, so that you can follow your package online.

WRONG ADDRESS. If you notice you have given us a wrong address, contact us as soon as possible to provide us with the correct one. If the product ships to a wrong/nonexistent address, the package will most likely eventually be returned to us, and in certain cases we might have to pay for the return postage. If you want us to send you the package again to another address, you need to pay shipping charges again OR place a new order if you do not want to wait for the original package to be returned to us.

Unclaimed mail. Lost delivery. Product damaged in shipping.

If you fail to receive the product, we will refund the price of the product once we receive it back, but we will not refund the shipping costs.

In case of lost delivery, we will send you a refund once the postal service provider confirms the loss. Please, contact us if you believe your order has been lost.

If your item is damaged in shipping, please take clear photos of the item in damaged packaging and send them to us. We will discuss with you whether / how to send the item back, and we will send you refund.

When do I get the refund for an item I return?

We will send you refund once you send us proof that you have sent the items back. Please, keep this proof till you get the refund from us. We have to send it to you within 14 days of receiving your proof.
