About

A 10-Gallon Hat.

A few years back, in the midst of a foggy overgrown forest, Mr. Lentz unsaddled his horse and decided to take a walk. This walk lasted days, meandering through river valleys and steep, dense hillside. The redwood forest did not once fail to impress and inspire Mr. Lentz, and so what once was a trail of footsteps is now a journey into the handmade world of fine leather goods.

Acting on a whim Mr. Lentz decided to try out a few ideas that had been tickling his head tucked below the ten gallon hat. What if he were to create a line of minimalistic leather goods that had the rustic essence and feel of that forest walk and at the same time be completely natural, eco-friendly and sustainable... Thus Mr. Lentz corralled up his efforts and started the walk down the trail of handcrafting the finest, most durable, and super-functional leather wallets and bags.

Over the years Mr. Lentz has added to the shop several handcrafted leather goods and jewelry items. He continues to be inspired on a daily basis by the changing landscape around him.
