Shipping
Domestic: All packages are usually shipped within 3 to 5 days of payment. All shipping is paid by the customer. The given prices may vary depending upon location and shipping options.

International: All packages are usually shipped within 3 to 5 day of payment via first class international mail. 1-4 week delivery. A caring reminder that international customers are responsible for their country's respective customs, taxes, duties and/or VAT fees. All international sales are sent out without insurance unless requested by the customer...If you choose not to ship with insurance Mr. Mister Vintage is not responsible!
Refunds and Exchanges
I include any noticeable flaws in each item description. Do contact me if you have any questions or comments. I will gladly provide additional photos, measurements or any additional information for you to be confident in your purchase.

Refunds and Exchanges

- Be completely confident before making your purchase.

- If you did not read the measurements listed in the description and find the item does not fit, we cannot do a refund. Please read all of the description and be sure to compare the measurements listed to something you own and wear.

-Returns must occur within 3 to 5 days of receiving item when there has been a mistake on our part. Returns will only happen when there has been a mistake on our part.

-There is no return if you are unhappy with the fabric or material quality. Please ask for more detailed pictures when making your purchase.

- Custom orders cannot be returned or refunded.

- If we have provided a rush delivery date upon your request there are no returns or refunds.

- If you ordered an item for an event and used the item, there are no returns or refunds.

- No refunds on items that have been altered by you in any way.

- No refunds on items that have been damaged or are not in new condition upon return to us.

- We do not accept returns or do refunds on items shipped internationally.

- We do not offer refunds on items that may arrive late due to a postal service issue or your inability or refusal to receive a package from a mail service carrier.

- Shipping costs cannot be refunded due to postal error.

- If you refuse a package or fail to collect it and it is not returned to us we will not refund you until we receive the item back.

A return will only happen if we have made a mistake.

The item must be returned via the original carrier (unless agreed otherwise in writing), in its original packaging, insured for its purchased price, and must be received in the same condition as when it was shipped to you and identifying marks intact.

Confirmation and delivery tracking is also required.

The buyer pays for return shipping and insurance, unless agreed otherwise between the buyer and shop owner.

After we verify the returned item is as originally sent, we will issue a full refund. For protection of both the shop owner and buyer.


Damaged Item Procedure:

Please do not return items damaged in shipment, as doing so will void the shipping insurance.

Damage claims can only be made on items shipped with insurance.

We require that all shipments be insured unless declined by the buyer. If a buyer requests that an item not be shipped insured, the shop owner is then not responsible for loss or damage to that item in shipping.

To begin the process, please contact the shop owner and alert them to the damage.

Claims should be made through the original shipping agent. Guidelines for insurance claims vary by carrier so please check with the carrier for specific instructions.

Be sure to retain all original packaging as well as all pieces of the damaged item, as the shipping agent will request to examine them.

In the event that you, the recipient, files the claim, we will provide you with the necessary insurance information.
