📝 Personalization Policy: To maintain our fast shipping speeds, our production process is highly automated. Orders are sent to our machines in bulk immediately after purchase.

Accuracy is Key: We cannot manually proofread every order. Please double-check your spelling and dates before you pay.

No Changes: We are unable to accept changes to personalization once the order is placed.

Responsibility: We cannot offer refunds or replacements for items embroidered with incorrect information provided by the buyer.

Digital Proofs: We do not provide digital design previews. Please refer to our font charts in the listing images to see what each letter looks like. If a font really doesn't suit a name, we will reach out to you.

Finished Photos: Due to our high volume, we do not take photos of finished items. Exception: If you specifically request this in the "Note to Seller" box, we will try our best to snap a picture before shipping!

🏠 Address Changes: Per Etsy's protection policies, we cannot manually modify shipping addresses. If you entered the wrong address, you must request a cancellation and place a new order with the correct details.

🚚 Lost Packages: Once marked as "Shipped," we are not responsible for the package's journey. We do not refund for lost or stuck packages. We strongly suggest Priority Shipping, which includes insurance for peace of mind.
