Many thanks for visiting my Etsy store, all my items are made using quality materials with a high level of craftmanship. If you see anything in the shop that you would like adapted or personalised or if you have a commission request please do not hesitate to ask.
Please pay by PayPal or Etsy direct checkout within 3 days.
Your item will be posted as soon as your payment is received.
I post all international packages by Royal Mail First Class/ Airmail. Please allow at least 10 -14 days for international delivery. I will investigate non delivery after 30 days, this allows time for any parcels delayed at customs to be delivered. If you require tracking I can upgrade your item to Airsure or International Sign for service but please be aware that these services are very expensive and you will be charged the extra.
Domestic packages will be also posted by Royal Mail First class. You can upgrade to Next Day Delivery or Recorded if you need the item in a hurry. Please contact me for details.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want to make sure your shopping experience runs smoothly and that you are happy with your item/s, if for any reason you are not happy please get in touch and I can refund or exchange the item.
Items will be refunded if postmark returned within 7 days and in unused condition with the original packaging. I do not refund postal costs and return shipping is to be paid by the buyer.
