Buyer placed her order while my shop was on vacation. The ship date was posted on the listing, as an announcement on the shop, as well as via email after she placed her order just to be sure she saw my shop was on vacation. The books were not thrown into a mailing bag. They were neatly placed in a padded media mailer. I really wish the buyer would have contacted me before placing a negative review. I do all I can to make my customers happy.
