Announcement
My mom, who taught me everything I know about sewing, passed in August of 2023. I am in the midst of selling off all of the surplus everything from both of our sewing rooms.
SO MANY BUTTONS! Good gods, so many buttons. Sometimes, when we would go antiqueing together, it would be a race to the vintage buttons. Never an actual fight though. Our favorites were always juuust different enough to keep that from being an issue. RIP Mom.
My home is a smoke-free, pet friendly environment.

5 out of 5 starsI love buying second hand and needed a tailors ham for a while but never found one in a color I liked. This cute vintage colored ham fit the bill and does the job! Hefty and sturdy it'll change my ability to press curved bust seams! Thank you for this wonderful piece! It'll get much love and use !

5 out of 5 starsI needed some dark green buttons for a knitted vest a friend made me--unfortunately after going to all the sewing and fabric stores in our area--I found that they no longer carry/make them. These were exactly what I had in mind and look beautiful on the vest! Great service and great prices!!

Okay. So really the stuff that Mom dyed, she dyed over 10 years ago. She is not currently dyeing. I am sure she had some wonderful idea of what to do with this fabric, but her eyesight went downhill fast and she can no see well enough to sew.
