MsCraftyTouch's Shop Policies


Hello and welcome to my shop. All items are lovingly created and painted by me. You can purchase my items as gifts or for your own decor whether it is for the holidays or everyday. New items are added frequently so come back and visit my shop again and bring your friends.


I accept payment through PayPal and Etsy and also Etsy Gift Cards. You do not have to be a member of PayPal to use their service. You can use your own credit card without having to open an account.


Orders are shipped through USPS with 2-4 days of receiving payment.

I ship most items via First Class or USPS Parcel Post. Insurance is optional and is an added fee. PLEASE let me know before you pay if you wish to add insurance and I'll send you a revised total.

Certain items will have insurance added onto the postage.

International buyers, please be aware that your package can take 2 weeks to as long as 2 months to reach you. It all depends on the amount of time the package takes to clear customs. Also be aware that when buying outside of your own country, your government may charge you a customs fee in addition to the shipping charges you pay me. Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want my customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns and I will be glad to work with you. Returns are generally only accepted if the product was described incorrectly. If there is damage, I require pictures of the mailing box and contents. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, please notify me and I will work with you to make it right. Refunds may be requested within 7 days of receipt. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

The item must be received back within 7 days in the original condition. I do my best to carefully package your purchase for safe shipping but will not be held responsible for any damage or loss that may occur once the item leaves my hands. You are encouraged to purchase shipping insurance so that you can be reimbursed by USPS. There are, however, NO RETURNS ON CUSTOM WORK. Please keep this in mind when you custom order items.

On some items insurance is added to the postage fee. In the case of damage the mailing box and contents must be preserved. Pictures must be taken and sent to me so that I can turn in a claim with USPS.
