I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Sorry we can not take food returns. If you are unhappy or have an issue we will however try and work with you, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery date.
Custom orders can not be canceled once order is placed and paid for. All other orders can not be canceled after 3 hours of purchase.

If ordering more then 1 order, these will be combined to save on packaging.

UK CUSTOMERS ALL SALES ARE FINAL because they are food items, by law I can not take them back.

We ship First Class USPS or Priory with tracking numbers.
If your order is over 5 lbs and does not fit in a priority box we will ship UPS Ground and FedEx.
Business addresses will always cost less and yes I will be happy to use your account for $4 service fee.
If you'd like to pay for a different way to ship please convo.
I do not refund lost packages because everything has a tracking number.
If your package is later then 1 week of apx delivery date once shipped,
PLEASE CONTACT US ASAP.
I have never had a problem in the USA where the package was lost forever.

Custom and personalized orders

I can match most colors requested please send attached photo. There are no custom orders for listings that say "sale" and "fast shipping" because they are ready ship today.

Sizing details

All listings give the amount you will receive in quantity or ounces or drop down box.

Care instructions

Sugar cubes, Tea and Spice blends all need to be kept out of sunlight and stored in a cool dry place. Sugar Cubes will last for years if kept in a mason jar. Flavored sugar cubes are the strongest in the first 6 months. Spice blends are best if used within the year. Tea can be kept over a year if stored in an air tight mason jar.

DO NOT STORE any of these products in the fridge or freezer.

Gift wrapping and packaging

When ordering more then one order I will do
"BULK PACKAGING" i.e. you order 3 pink sugar cube orders (80 count) you will get 2 bags with apx 120 count in each bag. I will keep colors and/or flavors separate.

IF YOU NEED A PACKING SLIP please ask for one, we save a lot of paper by not printing things like that out. I can always PDF one to you as well.
