How do I care for my new pottery?
My pottery is made with food safe glaze, and is microwave and dishwasher safe. Handwashing provides a more gentle experience and is recommended for larger or more delicate pieces.
If I buy a set will they be the exact same size and color?
Although they will be similar, each will retain its own unique characteristics. Handmade pottery creates one-of-a-kind art pieces. Variations will occur and need to be embraced. This is the glory of handmade dinnerware.
What if my item arrives broken?
On the rare occasion an item arrives damaged from shipping, you must email me photos of both the item and the outside of the box, including shipping label. All damage claims must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Without proof of damage, your claim will be denied.
Do you accept returns?
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for the loss in value. Custom orders and items on sale are not returnable. Items sold as Free Shipping may be returned but the cost of shipping the item to the buyer will be deducted from the total purchase price. Buyer will receive a refund minus the seller cost of shipping the item to the buyer.
