Hi and Welcome to Mudan! I would love to dress your little blossom!
Mudan is a shabby chic with a modern twist boutique line, with exquisite clothing and accessories. All of our clothing is designed with 100% cotton designer fabrics, and we use top of the line supplies for our accessories.

Mudan will take all major credit cards through Paypal.

Once an order has been placed you have 24 hrs to cancel no exceptions. most orders are made to order so therefore fabric and supplies have been ordered to fill the order or your order has been cut and ready to process.
Shipping
I use USPS Mail for delivery services. Item(s) ship from my shop within 1-2 weeks. Vinyl decals ship out in 3 days starting next business day. USPS First Class Mail estimates delivery 3-5 and Priority 2-3 business days depending on zip code. The post office does not guarantee this time. You will receive a shipping notification and tracking number once your item(s) have shipped. There is times that I have printed shipping labels in a big batch a couple days ahead of time. I have tracking # for all my packages. The production and shipping time excludes holidays.

I have no control over the shipment once it leaves our studio. In rare cases shipments can run later than their estimated delivery date. Please make sure to order in advance and allow enough time before your special occasion. Please note shipping during holiday season (severe weather delays) may affect the delivery dates with the post office.



Customers are responsible for providing an address that can/will accept a package. If there are any issues with delivery (incorrect address, post office is unable to locate, etc) I am not responsible for that item being lost, stuck at the local post office, or returned to me. If an item is returned and needs to be reshipped, I do not cover the additional postage. It is the customer’s responsibility to cover the additional postage on any item requiring multiple shipping events. Please carefully review the shipping address at checkout prior to placing your order.
I will ship to the etsy address ONLY...if you have moved then update your etsy/paypal address before you purchase. I will not be responsible for unchanged addresses or addresses put in messages or comments.
Refunds and Exchanges
All Items in my shop are made to order, custom or personalized for you. Please make sure to read all item descriptions, and production and shipping times before ordering.

We do not accept any returns unless there is a mistake on our part as all orders are all handmade, personalized and custom for you. If there is a mistake to the customization or personalization of your item(s) on my part, I will be glad to replace the item(s) or offer a store credit in the amount of the item(s).

If your item(s) are damaged or there is a mistake in the customization or personalization, please notify me within 2 business days (8-5 est.) with pictures of product and or shipping package. And I will be glad to work with you to find a resolution to the issue. After 2 business days, no refunds, exchanges or credits will be issued. Please send us an Etsy conversation.
