Payment
Payment is via PayPal. You can choose to pay by credit card, or through your own PayPal account. I would appreciate payment within three working days of your purchase. Once I have received payment, I will ship the item within 2-3 business days.
Shipping
Your pot will be wrapped in tissue, bubble wrap, and boxed in cardboard. I use recycled materials, so please don’t be surprised if your parcel comes in an apple box! Rest assured, I will wrap it up very well.

However, for those of you who would like to send one of my pots as a gift, I'd be happy to wrap it up nicely and include a card with your choice of message. If this is the case, please could you convo me and let me know how extravagant you'd like the wrapping to be (this will, of course, be subject to an extra fee, but I’ll do this at cost).

I'll ship the parcel via Canada Post:

To addresses in Canada, Regular Parcel takes approximately 2-9 days.

For packages going to the USA, the Expedited Parcel takes approximately 6 days.

For those of you who live outside the USA and Canada, I’ll happily send my pots all over the world, but perhaps you could convo me to enquire of rates and delivery estimates.
Refunds and Exchanges
If your pot arrives in pieces (unlikely), or doesn’t arrive (hopefully unlikely), please let me know and we'll sort something out!
