Announcement   Welcome to Mudluv Pottery!

My shop features Handmade Pottery that is functional, beautiful, and made to be used everyday! Agateware is a type of pottery that is created by layering multiple colors of clay together (in this case stoneware) to get a swirled effect that runs throughout the object.

Everything you see is a hand-shaped item that has been created, glazed, and fired by me in my Western New York studio.

Everything is READY TO SHIP.
It is my policy to refund excess shipping payments (over $1) to the buyer after the order is sent.

Thank you so much for visiting my shop! Please contact me if you have any questions.

-Payment through PayPal -- You don't need to have a PayPal account to make a purchase. You can use your credit card through PayPal as well.
Shipping
It is my policy to refund excess shipping charges over $1.00 to the buyer after the shipment price is calculated and the item is sent.

Each piece of pottery is securely wrapped in bubble wrap and newspaper before it is boxed and shipped. I use a combination of new and reused packing materials. (No reason to add more waste to the environment.)
I ship each piece of jewelry in a little white organza bag and package it safely in a bubble wrap lined envelope.

All domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail (occasionally through Fed Ex for large pieces), usually within 1-2 Business days of purchase. If you have a specific deadline or would like to upgrade to a faster service, just let me know.

International orders will usually ship USPS First Class or International Priority. Buyer is responsible for duties, fees, or taxes incurred upon receipt.
Refunds and Exchanges
If an item reaches you in damaged condition, I will gladly refund your purchase or exchange it for a similar item of equal value upon the safe return of the item in it's original package. Please note that shipping fees cannot be refunded.

Please keep in mind that all items are made by hand and, by nature, have imperfections and variations.
Additional policies and FAQs
If you are purchasing a gift that is to be sent directly to the recipient, please notify me at checkout, and let me know what you would like the note to say. I will include a greeting card with the message of your choice and will not include any receipts or invoices.
