Whether you are shopping our store for something you see ready made, or if you would like something completely custom, we are here to make your vision come to life! Our original designs have been best sellers on Etsy for over 6 years, and are all handmade in our home studio, located in Central Florida. We do book fast, and we tend to have longer lead times due to high order volume, but we feel that the high quality and beautiful designs are worth the wait!

➸A: Our lead time changes throughout the year depending on our work load and some items can vary in their production times. In order to know the lead time for a specific item, simply click on the listing and read the description below the photo. If you have questions or need an item rushed, just ask!


➸ Q: Do you accept custom orders?
➸A: Absolutely! We can create most custom designs and bring your vision to life! Just send us a message including your custom request and any inspiration photos you may have.


➸ Q: What if I need an item expedited?
➸A: If you need your item fast, please message us first before placing your order. We can almost always expedite a non-personalized item quickly. For custom/personalized items, they are accepted on a case by case basis.


➸ Q: How can I place a large order?
➸A: Large orders are always welcome and make wonderful collection pieces for your wedding or special event. We like to ensure every piece matches nicely together! Generally a larger order, roughly 4-5 items (or more) will take at least 1 week longer than our standard lead time, possibly more if the order is complex or very customized. If you need a clear ship date, or an exact time frame for delivery, you can always message us with the list of items you wish to order and your need by date. We also offer a discount for large orders!


➸ Q: How can I save on SHIPPING costs?
➸A: Our listings automatically combine to ensure you are never charged too much in shipping. Before ordering, make sure each item you want, is in your cart to place one total order.


➸ Q: Do you ship to my country?
➸A: We ship worldwide! You can check a shipping quote, by visiting the listing you like and inputting your state/country. We are happy to provide quotes too, if your shipping price ever seems too high! Please keep in mind that UK orders can incur customs fees. This is required by UK law.


➸ Q: What if I need to cancel my order after 24 hrs?
➸A: We require a 20% restocking fee to cancel any order after 48 hrs. Sometimes we can wave this fee, depending on the circumstances.


➸ Q: Can you provide proofs?
➸A: We do not provide proofs, simply because our work is hand painted and handmade. We can however, provide a quick, black and white sketch of your design. Keep in mind that the sketch is not meant to be perfect, and will just simply show the layout of the design or specific shapes or details.

Our designs have been best sellers on Etsy for 6 years and featured in many publications! LEAD TIMES | SHIP DATES | LARGE ORDERS

OUR LEAD TIMES:

• Non-custom wooden signs & small boxes >>> 4 Weeks

• All other items: Custom wooden signs, acrylic signs, table numbers, cake stands and large boxes: >>> 6 Weeks


♥ SHIP DATES: The ship date provided on your receipt is automated by Etsy, not Mulberry Market, so it can fluctuate by a few days depending on our work load and your place in line with our orders. Our signs are of very high demand, so we appreciate your patience!


♥ LARGE ORDERS: If you plan to place a large order, please note that at least 1 week will be applied to our current lead time to complete your order. We are happy to provide an est. ship date. We can also set up combined shipping for you to save you money!

RETURNS & CANCELATIONS

Mulberry Market Designs generally does not accept returns or exchanges. Since we are a high volume store, we allot a certain amount of time for orders each month. If you choose to cancel your order, this will result in a loss for our small business that cannot be refilled. We appreciate your understanding with our policies.

Cancelations are accepted only on a case by case basis, and only within 24 hours. Any cancelations that are accepted after that, will require a restocking fee.

LOST PACKAGES

In the event that your package is LOST or has stopped tracking; please let us know as soon as it reaches its past due arrival date. Sometimes delays can happen, so it's not always the case that your package is lost. We cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or delayed packages, but we will do our very best to help however we can! If you have had past problems with deliveries to your address, we recommend adding insurance to your order.

PROBLEMS WITH YOUR ORDER

We value our customers and we truly want you be happy with your purchase. If your item arrives and is damaged, or not what you had hoped it would be, please message us promptly and we will be happy to come up with a solution that fits your needs. Please email us prior to leaving any reviews on our shop. We always appreciate the opportunity to help you first! :)

SHIPPING COSTS

Mulberry Market Designs reserves the right to request more shipping charges, if the shipping comes to more than what you paid (within reason). Unfortunately shipping costs are just estimates and can fluctuate depending on the weight of your items the number of packages they are needing to be shipped in, and the distance you are from our location. We do our very best to quote accurate shipping costs. We always strive to ensure you never pay too much in shipping, so we always refund you if you pay too much! If your cart shows a shipping charge that seems too high, just email us and we'll be happy to take a look and set up a custom invoice for you to make things easier!

Please take notice that although Etsy advertises VAT (custom fees) are included in our store's pricing, this is NOT the case. Unfortunately this is an ongoing glitch in Etsy's system so we want to make sure that our European customers are well informed that they could possibly be charged a customs fee upon receiving their order. This is normally not a hefty fee, but nevertheless we are not responsible for these charges. These charges are based on your countries taxes and import fees. Thank you for your understanding!
