How to get my size right? Very important, send us a drawing with the size of your foot. Remember that we will only and exclusively exchange one item for another by mistake in the size IF YOU HAVE PREVIOUSLY SENT US THE MEASUREMENT OF YOUR FOOT.

The size we use is Standard European.However, VERY IMPORTANT, to ensure your size, WE RECOMMEND MEASURING THE LENGTH OF YOUR FOOT:1-Draw the outline of your foot on a piece of paper on the floor. VERY IMPORTANT Leg and pencil should be perpendicular to the ground. Do not tilt the pencil, it would give a smaller size.2-Draw a line in the drawing, from the heel to the tip of the longest finger. Measure with a ruler the length in cm. Write down that measure.3.-Draw a line from side to side in the widest part of the drawing. Measure that line, write down the measurement.Attach a photo of the drawing and annotated measurements.I will make you the equivalence with the soles I use.We advise that the sole measurement you choose is 5 to 8 mm greater than the size of the length of your foot.

Do you accept returns on items made to order? Returns will only be accepted by default checked on the item you purchased

What is considered a defect?

When is it considered an error in size? To try to avoid errors in the size, send me the measurement of your foot. If you do not send us the measurement of your foot we will not take care of any size change.

In Kantia World we can only consider ERROR IN SIZE or SIZE NOT CORRECT when we refer to the numbering corresponding to the measurement of the length of the sole. Never the width.We will only exchange one pair of sandals for another pair of an immediately correlative numbering minor or major.Example, if you ordered a size 38 will be changed to size 37 or 39.If you ordered a 35, it is only changed to 36.If you ordered a 42, only for the 41.We work with European standard size. We will not consider error in the size the exact non-adaptation of the width of the sandal to your foot.If your foot has a width or narrow not standard, we advise you to choose one of our models of adaptable strips. What charges does a return and/or exchange have for the buyer? In the cases admitted by DEFAULT of the product or for being an article in OUTLET

In the admitted case of return and / or exchange of an item, the customer will be fully responsible for the management of the package returned to my Workshop, along with shipping costs and possible Customs fees.If the returned package arrives in Spain with a charge of Customs Fees, my Workshop will not be responsible for collecting said package until the amount of said fee is paid by the buyer.Subsequently, once verified that the item has been returned in its original package and is in perfect condition, UNUSED, we will proceed to refund the amount paid for the purchase.In the case of exchange for a new item, the buyer will pay the price difference if any and the possible costs of the new shipment.

Why is the phone number essential for shipping?

How do I clean my espadrilles?

Do not submerge water.Do not use bleach.Leather can be cleaned by gently rubbing with a dry cotton cloth. For protection you can apply colorless waxes or similar to skin tone.The suede, suede and nubuck will be cleaned by gently rubbing with a soft brush or hard sponge.The jute sole and wedge will be cleaned with a small soft brush, following the pattern of the jute warp.In case of a lot of embedded dirt, dip the brush in a solution of water with neutral soap and then gently rub the surface of the sole, without soaking excessively. Rub linearly, following the pattern of the braid. Let dry in the shade.Be careful, if you exert a lot of pressure, the jute strands can be dismembered.
