The Munoz Family Studio does not accept returns or exchanges. If you happen to receive a defective item, please reach out to us ASAP! (See damage/defective item policy in FAQ)

Please make sure everything on your order is correct. Our items are all made to order specifically for you! Once we receive the order, customers have 3 hours to change or cancel an item. After that timeframe, we cannot allow any changes on the order to be made!

We want your Munoz Family Studio item to last as long as possible, so please wash all clothing items inside out & on a delicate cycle. Tumble dry on low, or hang to dry. Do not iron directly on design. Please see care details for items that are not clothing in the “Item Details” section for listings such as Tumblers or frosted glasses. Refunds or exchanges will not be given for customer's failure to take care of their items correctly.

Unlike screen print or Vinyl we print in a way called "Direct To Garment" also known as DTG. This is a method where a printer directly applies the ink onto the shirt's fibers with inkjet technology. The specialty inks are directly absorbed by the fibers of the garment, allowing our designs to be vivid and detailed on any shirt color! This method is TOP KNOTCH and the quality is seen and felt on each of our items! Direct to Garment does not peel or easily fade as long as care instructions are followed.

Our Tumblers and Glass Cups are crafted using a sublimation process (not laser engraved or vinyl), which means a smooth finish that won’t peel or fade!

Customers are responsible for adding the correct address and info to their order. After the order is in fulfillment, edits to your order can no longer be made. Please message us ASAP as we understand accidents and mistakes do happen. There is a SLIGHT chance that we can catch the error that you made before your order goes out to our printing facility.

Any orders including misspelled names and incorrect shipping addresses due to the customer's error will be shipped back to our printing facility.

Once we receive the item back to us, it can be reshipped at the customer's expense. We greatly appreciate if you could please triple check your address before submitting your order.

If you have received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly do the best we can to get you a replacement or a refund, but we must be contacted within (1) week of delivery at the latest. As a small business, we try our best to provide top quality products through our printing facility but mistakes can happen during the printing process or mail handling! We are always available via Etsy messages.

We are not able to include gift messages at this time (hopefully in the future!) No pricing information is included in the packaging, but if you'd like a gift message we recommend sending a note separately to the recipient.
