5 out of 5 starsI recently ordered a mason jar pie lid from Muse Meadow Studio on Etsy, and I’m honestly so impressed! The packaging alone was above and beyond—everything arrived extremely well protected, and the ceramic lid was packed so carefully that there wasn’t even a hint of damage. Inside, I found a thoughtful touch with a thank you card along with a card inviting me to follow their Etsy shop and social media, which made the whole experience feel really personal and intentional. The pie lid itself is absolutely adorable and fits perfectly on my mason jar—I’m currently using it for my brown sugar, and it adds such a charming, rustic touch to my kitchen. You can tell a lot of care goes into both the product and the customer experience. I would definitely order from them again and highly recommend their shop!

2 out of 5 starsIn person, there is quite a lot of hot glue visible around the box , it has a very strong chemical odor and arrived with chips out of the clay and paint in multiple spots, with the edge of the lid actually crumbling off. It's a cute concept that I wanted to really love but it's just not executed well, paint is streaky and overall visible flaws mean it won't make a good gift. The seller clearly has an artistic gift but I don't recommend the product in the end.

I’d like to clarify that the glossy finish you’re seeing is resin, not hot glue. It’s used to create a smooth, syrup-like effect and to help protect the piece. That said, I understand how the overall finish and any damage during transit could be disappointing. I’m currently working on improving my packaging to better protect items during shipping and prevent issues like chipping. Each piece is handmade, and I’m always learning and refining my process to provide the best quality possible. Thank you again for your honest feedback—it genuinely helps me grow and improve.🤍
