We can not offer refunds due to USPS package delays. USPS has had many delays. Please select expedited shipping or contact us for expedited options to ensure timely package deliveries.
Gift wrapping and packaging
We now offer a premium gift wrapping option for you. Your jewelry will be packaged in a jewelry box, will be wrapped in festive gift wrapping and tied with a ribbon. If your order is "marked as a gift", we will not include any pricing information.
**If you order multiple items and would like them packaged separately, please purchase more than one of gift wrap listing.**
Care instructions
We do not recommend getting your jewelry wet, please do not wear it for a prolonged time in water, especially swimming pools. We also recommend removing before exercise or using lotion, perfumes and/or hair products. The jewelry could be damaged from exposure to these items. We also recommend you store your jewelry in a dry place protected by open air. Exposure to open air or humidity for a prolonged period of time could cause jewelry to tarnish quickly.
Material Information
Care is taken to faithfully reproduce original materials where possible. We use genuine semi-precious stones, natural freshwater pearls and Austrian crystals. Most jewelry elements are composed of lead free, nickel free and cadmium free base metal plated with a nickel free 18k gold, antique gold, or silver finish. Some pieces are offered in sterling silver.
