Liquid culture mycelium and liquid culture supplies and cultures can be found online in many places, just search "mushroom liquid culture" or "liquid culture jars" and you'll have plenty of suppliers from which to choose. The best way to defy contamination is to work with a growing method that actively stops the advance of mold, wherever you grow. Best of luck to you on your mushroom growing journey! 🍄

The lions mane kit is great and the video is well worth the money. You can tell he put a lot of work into the video and the amount of information is well worth it.
