Items are not made or shipped until payment is received. Orders that do not receive payment within 2 weeks are canceled.
1. United States First Class - 5 -7 business days
2. United States Priority - 2 - 3 business days
3. International Priority - 6 - 10 business days
During the holidays those transit times can increase.
International orders do not include any customs or duties. Customs, Duties, Taxes or any other charges for the delivery, if any, are the responsibility of the buyer. This varies a lot by country.
International shipments can be delayed by customs. Check with your local post office to make sure you have not missed a notice that your package is held at customs. The most common mistake about international delivery is that people count Saturday and Sunday as transit days. Most international packages are delivered in a timely manner. For those that are not, please be patient.

Refunds and Exchanges
Notify us for any reason that you want to return your order within 7days after you receive your purchase and we will refund 70% of the purchase price (not including shipping) provided the return item is received no later than 30 days after the original order shipment date.

2.Package your return with a copy of the invoice.
