Angel! My gratitude is beyond expression! I am awed by the beauty and your artistic talent. The meaning and intent it carries reaches deep into my heartandsoul. So beyond what I could visualize, so awed by the way you took my simple requests for colors and images and created this! She will become a part of this space that I hold dear and sacred. Forever grateful. The actual Skullpture is more beautiful than what can be captured in a photo. The fine detail and colors are stunning. This purchase far exceeded my expectations. Angel's work is very heartfelt. The quality is excellent. I would recommend Angel's work to anyone.

Very cool Day of the Dead wall plaque! I hung it over a doorway for our Halloween party, but now I think I will display it there all year! Thanks! Sharon

Musidora Creations

MUSIDORA pronounced (Myew-zi-door-ah) is a Greek name meaning
"gift of the muses". My muse is the skull.

I will always hold a special place in my heart for the traditional Mexican art of Dia de los Muertos. The skullptures that I have created are indeed inspired by that colorful heartfelt holiday which honors and celebrates the lives of loved ones who have passed on.

However, my art is also influenced by many other cultures, beliefs or topics that I am moved and intrigued by as well. Such as film and music that I admire, or moments that have affected my life. The beauty of the skeletal form, the idea of an after life, the possibilities of reincarnation, "old souls", or simply that magical feeling of trick or treating as a child on Halloween night.

I am so happy to share these creations with whomever they might touch in that special way. For the individuals that can see skull art as beautiful rather than morbid and appreciate the way that I have presented them here, as a celebration of life and creativity.
