Sizing details

Sizing details are listed in the description above. The sizes provided are the circumference around your dog's neck. The easiest way to measure is to take off their current collar and lay it flat to measure (do not include prongs of buckle). We are always happy to answer any questions, so please feel free to message me.

Wholesale availability

We do offer wholesale pricing. Please contact us at wholesale@muttsandmittens.net for details.

Care instructions

All collars are machine washable; however, lay them flat to dry. DO NOT PUT IN THE DRYER.

Safety

Our products are made with your dog's safety in mind; however, as a dog owner, it is up to you to make sure collars and leashes are kept out of reach so they can't be chewed or ingested. Please check your collars and leashes for wear and tear on a regular basis. Mutts and Mitten is not responsible for any harm to you or your pet from the use of our products.

What shipping carrier do you use?

For both domestic and international orders we use USPS first class mail. A tracking number is provided upon purchase. If you wish to use a different carrier, please contact us and we are happy to provide pricing.

Do you offer local pick-up?

Yes! Please contact us before placing your order and we will send you a code so you are not charged for shipping. We are located in East Denver.

Will you donate an item to our charity?

Each month we donate 10% of our gross online sales to a different animal rescue or charity. As a small business we feel this is a sufficient donation to support our furry friends in need.

Do you ave a brick and mortar shop?

No, at this time we do not have a physical shop.
