Better Late Than Never

I started my shop in 2014 but I never filled it up with anything. I was a little nervous about putting me and my artwork out there. But after lots of nudging from family and friends, I'm here today! in 2019, I officially launched my Etsy shop.

I love creating things for people. I was a trained artist in my twenties and was even an artist-in-residence in Europe. It is my great pleasure to create unique, special things for you. I truly hope you love your product. Thank you for supporting small business!

Frequently asked questions
How do I print digital downloads?

Depending on the size, you may be able to print at home. For other sizes greater than letter-size or for a more professional look consider Office Max, Staples, FedEx, Walgreens, Costco, Sams Club, CVS or online places like StationeryHQ, Vistaprint, Shutterfly, etc

When I try to print a digital download my printer cuts off the design. How do I fix that?

You may need to set your printer to full-bleed which allows it to print all the way to the edge. Some printers do not print full bleed. If that's the case, you may need to have it printed someplace else like Office Max, Costco, Sams Club, Walgreens, CVS, Walmart, FedEx, Staples, or online printers like SationeryHQ, Vistaprint, Shutterfly, etc.

Are your digital downloads and printables high quality?

All my printable templates and digital downloads are 300 dpi which is the industry standard for sharp printing.

What happens if I need to download my files again? Is there a download limit?

Right now, Etsy and Templett have no download limit or expiration date. Feel free to download your files as many times as you need!

I found a mistake in my printable. What can I do since there are no refunds on digital downloads?

I've never had anyone find a mistake in one of my printables and I painstakingly proofread to make sure everything is perfect. However, should you find an error please let me know so I can make it right. I want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

My printer keeps shrinking down the printable so I can't print it at the right size. How do I fix it?

Lots of printers will automatically "shrink to fit" if it detects it as a different size than the paper that is loaded. You will need to make sure you print as "actual size" in your printer settings.

I printed my 8x10 printable but it still does not fit perfectly?

Letter-sized paper is actually 8.5x11" which is larger than 8x10. You may need to trim it down to size. Also, you will want to make sure that your printer is not resizing it (like shrinking to fit or filling the entire paper) which changes the actual designed size.

I saw one of your items that I like but I'd like it to be a little different. Can you do a custom order?

Potentially yes. When it comes to handmade cards, I may not have the supplies to reproduce it again. My handmade cards are typically one if a kind.

However, when it comes to digital downloads I can almost always make a custom order without any trouble at all.
