Please verify your your delivery address and email are correct. If you have provided an incorrect shipping address, your order could be delayed or not received at all. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an invalid or incorrect shipping address.

Please be aware that payments made by e-check may delay the shipping of your order. Orders will not be shipped until payment has cleared and funds have been deposited to our account. Payments by echeck can take 4-10 days to clear.
Shipping
Order Processing

We strive to process orders all orders the same or next day, depending on time of day that order is received.

Exceptions

Large orders, sales events & periods of heavy sales volume, or if we need to restock/manufacture products, may cause the processing time to be extended.

International Orders

We cannot be responsible for any customs, duties fees or sales taxes that may be assessed on your order, by your country. We expect that the customer is aware of their individual countries rules & regulations regarding importing and/or ordering from international destinations. Please know your countries rules for being taxed on purchases from outside of your country before purchasing from MBA Cosmetics.

We cannot declare a lower value for customs purposes than the actual value of the merchandise. Doing so is a felony and subject to fines and imprisonment. Please DO NOT ASK us to break the law.

Shipping

USPS is our preferred shipping carrier. First Class Mail is our standard shipping method. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Tracking

All shipments are sent with tracking/delivery confirmation. Tracking information is provided via an email from PAYPAL when we print your shipping label through Paypal's/USPS shipping program.

Often these emails land in spam/junk folders. Please ensure that your spam blockers are not blocking e-mails from us or paypal. You can track USPS Mail shipments via the USPS website. You may also use our Contact Us form if you have any additional questions regarding your order.

First Class & Priority Mail

According to the USPS, Domestic First Class Mail orders are normally delivered in 3-7 days. Domestic Priority Mail orders are normally delivered in 2-3 business days. International delivery varies depending on the country and typically takes 6-10 business days but can take 4-6 weeks to some locations

Express Mail

USPS estimates, Express Mail will be delivered in 1-2 business days in the United States. Express Mail is not guaranteed overnight delivery. Express Mail will ship the same day so long as the order is received before 12pm (est), otherwise it will ship the day after your order is placed. This excludes weekends, holidays and periods of heavy sales volume where our processing time may be extended.

Express Mail is offered as an EXPEDITED delivery method, not as an overnight shipping option. Therefore, please keep in mind that if you choose Express Mail, your package may not arrive the day after your order is placed.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders

We will replace any shipment LOST in the mail. Any order which has not been received 30 days after the shipping date is considered a lost order.

We assume no responsibility if orders are marked as DELIVERED by the postal service.

We accept no responsibility or liability for shipping delays which are as a result of errors on the part of the shipping carrier.

Damaged Items or Missing Items
- Please contact us within 7 Days of receipt of package to report any damage or to report any missing items or incomplete orders.
Damaged merchandise claims MUST be acompanied by photo evidence of damage. We cannot submit a damage claim without proof/evidence. The usps requires 1 picture of the shipping label (To and From) and photos of damaged merchandise. No claim for damage will be granted a refund without photo evidence of damage. We may at our discrection ask for return of merchandise. In such case, we will pay the return postage expense.
Refunds and Exchanges
ALL SALES ARE FINAL and are not subject to return or exchange. The only exception to this policy is if you received an incorrect or defective item. (please see above) We may, in some cased authorize a return on an individual basis, so long as product is unopened and unused.

If it is necessary to return an item you must contact us first to authorize and arrange returns.

All returns must be properly packaged to avoid damage in return shipping. Damaged returns will not be accepted or refunded.
