Payment
Since I accept paypal and it is more or less instantaneous, after 3 days of non-payment, I will assume that you placed the item in your cart by accident, or something else has gone wrong on your end, and cancel the sale. That does not mean you cannot buy it again- I would love to have your business!

If you pay via Paypal, you may pay via credit card without setting up an account, but unfortunately I cannot accept a credit card WITHOUT going through Paypal. If you pay via Paypal e-check, I will ship your purchase when the payment clears.

I also accept personal checks, but unfortunately I have to wait until the check clears, which is usually 7 to 10 days before I will ship the item to you.
Shipping
Your order will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt of payment or when payment clears. I use USPS First Class Mail whenever possible and Priority Mail shipping, but welcome other requests.
Refunds and Exchanges
If for any reason, you would wish to return an item, please convo me within 7 days of receiving the item to discuss the problem. I want your buying experience with me to be a positive one. I'm sorry but I cannot exchange or refund for a custom order.
Additional policies and FAQs
Please indicate in the notes to seller if your purchase is a gift- I would be happy to include a small card at no additional cost. If the gift is going directly to the recipient and you would like a handwritten note to be included, also indicate what the message should be in quotes. I will reproduce your message exactly! But you DO need to let me know the following details: recipient's gender, the event, and what to write on the card. If you want me to ship directly to the recipient, please alert me, so that I will know to not include the invoice and price with the item.

Many of my items are truly one of a kind, because I use handspun and hand-dyed yarns, I do also sometimes use commercial yarns.

I am inspired by patterns, and am just starting to make up my own. I might offer a particular design via e-pattern for sale, unfortunately, I’m not able to provide design details and instructions at no charge.
