SHIPPING (general information)
We ship worldwide from Ukraine.
The estimated delivery time 2-3 weeks reflects most standard deliveries. However, some orders may be subject to longer transit time due to other circumstances such as public state holidays, customs formalities, and other delays.
STANDARD SHIPPING: We use a forwarding company to offer our customers lower international shipping costs and ensure smooth and safe delivery. US orders are shipped via UPS/USPS, other international orders are shipped via UkrPoshta.
SHIPPING UPGRADES options are available at checkout. (CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE)
PROCESSING and DELIVERY TIME
Our current processing time is 5-7 business days, but we try our best to ship asap. Processing time does not include delivery time.
We do our best to ship your item as soon as possible but during very busy times (before Holidays), it may take the full stated processing time. Processing and estimated delivery times vary from item to item and can be found in their respective listings.
If your order must arrive by a certain date, please contact us to ask about our current processing time and delivery time. We recommend you make sure you allow as much time as possible for your order to arrive by the date you need it.
If your delivery is time-sensitive as we are unable to guarantee a delivery date under any circumstances.
US orders
We use a forwarding company to ship orders to the United States. All orders are shipped via UPS/USPS.
Packages with pre-printed shipping labels are shipped to our forwarding company, are taken to the United States, and then transferred to UPS Mail Innovations or USPS Priority.
We will send you the UPS/USPS tracking number with your shipment notification email. The tracking can show pre-transit for about 7 business days while the package is on the way to the United States.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct. If you noticed a mistake, contact us asap. We won't be able to correct the shipping address once the item is shipped.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES, CANCELATIONS
RETURNS: Personalized items are NOT eligible for return/exchange. Please contact us to confirm.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt. The item must be in its original packaging. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Upon arrival, we will reimburse the items' purchase price. The original shipping costs and state taxes will not be refunded.
If your package was returned to sender as unclaimed or due to an incorrect address, please be aware there are non-refundable fees.
EXCHANGES: Please note that all shipping costs will be at the expense of the customer unless it was our mistake.
CANCELATIONS: If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours.
MONEY MATTERS
All prices and rates we show in this shop are in USD (US dollars)
Shipping cost is not included in the product prices, but it will be added to your order and will be visible at checkout before you complete your purchase.
We accept payments through PayPal only. If you do not have a Paypal account, you are able to pay with your credit card through the Paypal website.
Etsy automatically collects a sales tax.
DELIVERY ISSUES
WRONG ADDRESS. Make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout! If you noticed a mistake, contact us asap. We won't be able to correct the shipping address once the item is shipped.
We can not be responsible for the loss or misdelivery of such packages.
Shipping fees are non-refundable for refused or undelivered parcels unless it's an error on our part.
NO TRACKING UPDATES. Please contact us for more information about your package.
PACKAGE DELAYS. Normal delivery time is 2-4 weeks(up to 6 weeks to Spain, Portugal, Italy, Israel, Australia). Please be mindful of the potential delays during the Holiday season. If your delivery is time-sensitive as we are unable to guarantee a delivery date under any circumstances.

Please note that the color may slightly vary due to your monitor color settings. This is not classed as faulty or a defect.
Due to the natural properties of wood, there might be a slight difference in the shade and grain of the wood in the item you receive from the pictured one.
