Once upon a time (2011-2016), I had an Etsy shop that specialized in handmade cosmetic bags. While it had its mild successes (People's StyleWatch Magazine, Oprah Magazine, products in dozens of stores internationally), life quickly changed courses in 2016 and I abruptly closed shop.

Since then, all the fabric and goods that were purchased to create hundreds of cosmetic bags a week, have been stored in organized plastic bins away from moisture, pets, smoking, or fumes of any kind...wondering if I'll pick up the sewing machine again to make them into beautiful products.

Spoiler alert: I won't. And the time has come to part with the pretty fabrics that once inspired me so.
