I was not happy with the quality of this product. The card that came with it also was strange. Had I known it was this kind of shop, I wouldn’t have purchased. Blood and body and tarot things are not my vibe. This was 100% not disclosed. To each their own, but it wasn’t for me. Sadly, all of it went straight to the trash.

Very fast shipping

AWFUL customer service. When cutting the letters off their racks I noticed some of them had extra plastic on the back, NOT where they attach. The extra plastic was where it needed to be completely flat to rest on the letter board, and unfortunately I couldn’t cut it down so that it did lay flat. I messaged Kristen about the issue, and she said I needed to use scissors to cut them off the racks, in which I replied I did use scissors, and told her that wasn’t where the extra plastic was located (I even attached pics.) This was a full WEEK ago. I have not heard anything back, nothing. I expected her to send me another set of letters due to the fact some are unusable, and that I PAID for them. Disappointed in the customer service, & will not recommend to friends.
