Thank you for your feedback. Our plates are digitally printed and laminated on a standard USA 12"x6" Aluminum license plate. I have never had or seen this happen with any of our signs. We use genuine Roland Eco Solvent Inks and only Orafol Brand Vinyl and Overlaminates. Not sure if the laminate was removed or what could have caused this but we would love to know. Thank you
