Buyer can make complaint and send it with e-mail here: mesfantasies [!at] pompon.com.pl, on in paper version at address of Seller. To make it correct please add this informations:
- name, address and e-mail of Buyer
- date of purchase
- what is reason of complaint and your expectations about resolving this situation.
If data will be not complete I can contact you to give me missing informations. I will answer you not later than 14 days from day of receiving message about complaint. You will receive e-mail answer at e-mail address which you send me in complaint informations message.

I accept Paypal and Credit Cards.

Credit Card owners - you DON'T NEED Paypal account - click the Paypal button and look for the link to pay with your credit card.

Items will not be shipped until payment is received. I'm waiting for payment 7 days from purchase.

In case of canceling order the buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.

Cancelling order is not possible if item was customized and made for special order of buyer (design made to order, monogrammed items, etc.).

Shipping times:
Europe up to 5-14 days depending on country of delivery.
Other countries 1-3 weeks, sometimes can happen delay up to 5-6 weeks.
