My Etsy Adventure !!

I opened my little shop on Etsy in 2009 and although I had been in retail for many years this was very different from anything I had ever done and I have to admit a little scary at first. It wasn't long before I received my first order and I couldn't believe my eyes a custom order from Australia !! I was so new and trying to learn the ropes I didn't even know what to charge for shipping I had planned to only ship in the U.S. to start. I was so excited I didn't know what to do first and I certainly wasn't going to decline a sale so I went to work finding out the cost of shipping to Australia and communicated with my customer through Etsy convo to see exactly what they wanted. After a few conversations a custom order was made and shipped off to Australia without a glich. I was happy and so was my customer.

I work from home and have converted a spare bedroom into my work area. I love working with gemstones and buy as many supplies as I can here on Etsy to support small business. All my jewelry is designed and handmade by me. I also take my own photos I am not a photographer but I do the best I can.

I actually opened a bead shop last January so I have spread my wings and opened a second shop. They keep me pretty busy soon I will have to retire from retirement.

Hello and thanks for taking the time to look at my shop policies. You will find important and helpful imformation here. It should answer any questions you may have if not feel free to contact me.

My goal is to create quailty one of a kind jewelry for all to enjoy. I love what I do and I hope that shows in my work. I love custom orders so feel free to contact me if you have something special in mind and I will do my best to create it for you.

Accepted payment methods

Payment
I accept Direct Check Out, Etsy Gift Cards, E-Check, Money Orders and Paypal, the safe, fast and easy way to pay. If you don't have a Paypal account don't worry you can use a credit or debit card without signing up for an account.

Note to E-Check customers: Your order will not be processed until your E-Check payment has been cleared. This usually takes 3-5 business days.

Note to Money Order Customers your order will be shipped as soon as I receive payment.

Payment must be made immediately upon checkout if there is a problem or you need more time please send me a conversation on Etsy to let me know and I will be glad to work with you if time request are reasonable.

If payment is not received within 3 days sale will canceled. It is important to pay immediately or contact me to request additional time to pay.

I would be happy to reserve items for you for up to 7 days. If not purchased at the end of 7 days I will have to cancel the reserve. If you need more time it is up to you to contact me to discuss more time.

Shipping
Your order is shipped US POSTAL SERVICE, FIRST CLASS MAIL.

Once your order is shipped, I am not responsible for delayed, lost or damaged packages. Insurance is not required, however, I would suggest purchasing insurance on your items. If you choose not to purchase insurance, I cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered packages. If you would like insurance on your package, please contact me BEFORE you pay. Insurance will be calculated according to the total value of the items.

I process orders Monday through Friday within 24-48 hours of payment received. Orders are processed in the order in which they are received
Please take into consideration that orders may take longer to process and ship during holiday seasons. I am not responsible for shipping delays due to severe weather and other causes beyond my control.

PLEASE NOTE:
Business days refer to weekdays - Monday through Friday.
U.S. legal holidays are not counted as business days.

UNITED STATES ORDERS - I ship using the US Postal Service, First Class Mail.
A tracking number is included with your order. You'll receive an e-mail with your tracking number when your order is shipped. You can also track your order directly from your paypal account.
Orders within the US usually take 3-7 business days to arrive, although It may take longer.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS are shipped via US First Class International Mail. This is the most affordable international service, but it does not offer tracking number. Delivery time is two-six weeks, It may take longer, especially if customs holds packages. Orders shipping to Italy may take even longer.
*Please be aware of your countries taxes and duties, I am not responsible for these charges.

PLEASE NOTE! Orders are not considered "Lost" in transit until the following amount of time has passed:
Domestic (U.S): 30 days past shipping date
International: 45 days past shipping date
International ITALY: 60 days past shipping date

Sometimes, for various reasons a parcel may take a long time to arrive. While this is rare, it can happen. I can not file a "lost" package claim until this amount of time has passed. Most occasions, a seemingly lost package does show up within this time. If a package is lost, you may be asked to complete a form for the claim.

Refunds and Exchanges
I will happily accept returns.

If you are returning an order please let me know so that I can expect the package and process your refund or exchange. Shipping costs are not refunded and are the buyers responsibility.


You must contact me within 5 days of receiving your purchase.

Returns must be received in new undamaged condition with the original number of items. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. For your protection returns must be sent back to me with delivery confirmation. I cannot be responsible for returns that are lost in transit back to me.
