Returns and exchanges
REFUNDS: Buyer has 5 days from time of purchase to cancel order and receive full refund. Please contact us in our message box to let us know. We will then confirm your request and issue a full refund. Once the 5 day period has passed, your custom order is in progress and non-refundable at that point.
Shipping
SHIPPING: Available only in the US (lower 48 states.) Table sets are shipped by freight to your door, however they do not bring it inside, so please plan accordingly. When your item has been shipped, we will contact you via email with details. There is minimal, easy assembly required, and instructions & materials will be included.

PLEASE NOTE: We cannot guarantee a specific date of shipping. Once we drop it off at the terminal, we have no control over when the shipment arrives. Occasionally, holidays and weather will slow the process, but generally it takes 3-5 business days for shipping. We will notify you when your item has been shipped, along with tracking information.

FREIGHT DAMAGES:
IF ANY DAMAGE HAS BEEN DONE, YOU MUST REFUSE THE SHIPMENT IN ORDER TO RECEIVE A REPLACEMENT. Please FULLY inspect your order before the driver leaves. Do NOT sign the delivery receipt before inspecting. Do not sign, initial, or write on any of the paperwork, even if the driver is being pushy about it. If necessary, call us at 801-209-1551, and we will talk to the driver. Once the shipment is refused, it will be returned to us and we can get to work on a replacement for you right away. If you sign the driver’s delivery receipt, you are acknowledging receipt of all products in good order, and we will not be responsible for the replacement cost. Since our items are custom made, we do not issue refunds.
