Will I receive a physical product?
No. All products in this shop are digital downloads. Nothing will be mailed. You can download your finished design and print it yourself when applicable.
Do I need Canva Pro?
No. A free Canva account is sufficient for editable templates unless the individual listing specifically states otherwise.
How do I access my digital purchase?
After Etsy confirms your payment, sign in to Etsy.com using a computer or mobile browser. Go to Your Account → Purchases and Reviews → Download Files. Digital files cannot currently be downloaded through the Etsy app.
Can you edit the template for me?
Some listings offer a done-for-you editing option. When available, choose that option and enter your event information at checkout. Your completed file will be emailed within 24 hours.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because digital products are available after purchase, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted. If you experience a problem with your files or template, please message me through Etsy so I can help.
