No room in the house for anymore yarn!

This is what my husband tells me all the time. We have a very small house, and I just keep bringing more yarn into it. I came up with the idea of selling my creations in hopes to still be able to buy yarn, but be able to get some of it out of my house as well!

I love to sit in front of the TV and just craft away. I always have it with me...so I am always working on a project or two!

Payment
All orders must be paid for in advance prior to beginning the project. If you have a question on current production times, please let me know in advance. Rush orders are available for an additional fee and are based on current workload. If I do not have a high workload at the time of order, I will not charge an extra fee.

Please note that I do not always have the fabric in stock, and in some cases needs to be ordered (To help keep the costs of the dresses down) so shipment time of materials needs to be taken into consideration on production time.

All sales are final once checked out as I begin orders as soon as I receive them. No exceptions.
Shipping
Most of my items are made to order, but occasionally I do have the size you need in stock. Unless otherwise requested, all items in my shop will ship within 2-4 weeks. If you need your item quicker, please contact me prior to your purchase, to make sure I can accommodate your request.

I will ship all items based on how you choose when purchasing items. If a tracking number is not included, I will provide one. This is to ensure I am able to track your items.

If for some reason you change your mind and decide you do not want your order and the package is returned to me as refused, there will be a 20% restocking fee. Not up for discussion!
Refunds and Exchanges
If for any reason an item is damaged when you receive it, please let me know and I will do my best to rectify the issue. All packages are sent in bubble wrap / or wrapping to ensure that buttons or any other decorations are not damanged in transit.
Additional policies and FAQs
Please ensure that all measurements are looked at PRIOR to ordering. My Knits End will not accept refunds for sizing errors that are not made on my end.
