Like Mother Like Daughter
We are a dream team. The way how we feel each other, how we understand all these little nots without any word. This is a power of mother and daughter connection. Our relationship is built on solid foundations of love, trust and same living principles.
Furthermore, both of us are crazy about art. We mean all kinds of art expressions. My mum Zidre is a professional florist, event decorator and also a dressmaker.
My own passion is painting. When I was a little, I went to art school which was the best moment of the day.
I remember how my mum sewed clothes for us (I also have a younger sister), curtains, bedding and kitchen towels.
Believe it or not, everything was made of sturdy Lithuanian linen. It lasted for maaaany many seasons (let the slow fashion begins!). To be honest with you, we never got bored about linen dresses. Silhouettes and designs were timeless. I wish I had all of them in nowadays.
And here we go, after more than 10 years my beloved mother touched a sewing machine again. At the same time I took a pencil and paper. We are so excited to represent you with a new name MyLinenSoul which stands for sustainability, quality of product and of course true love for amazing linen material.
Every piece of linen is valuable. In our little family shop you will find everything you need - napkins, tablecloths, accessories for hair and stylish living, sleeping clothes which are easily transformed into trendy city apparel.
We appreciate slow fashion since 1985. It was a year when Lina sewed the very first linen dress for me and my sister.
Our main goal is to spread this wonderful feeling when linen garments, kitchen, bathroom clothes are handmade from sustainable linen.
