Payment
I only accept PayPal for International buyers. You can use PayPal to pay with your credit card if you do not have or want a PayPal account, just follow PayPal's instructions. Please pay promptly, if I haven’t received a payment within 3 days I shall convo you.

For domestic buyers: You can use paypal or a bank transfer. If choosing a bank transfer choose other as form of payment and I will send you my bank details and a converted amount via XE.com for the price in Australian dollars.
Shipping
I ship items within 48 hours of receiving payment. Weekends and holidays can take a little longer.

While I happily ship internationally, I am not responsible for any duties or customs fees, they are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

Domestic shipping: This is via Australia Post. It can take up to 5 working days. Please give the post a full week before contacting me. I am happy to post via Express Post, if you prefer. Do not pay if requesting Express Post, send me a convo so I can send you a revised price.

Due to the fluctuations in the Australian dollar at the moment, revising shipping prices would take all my time so if shipping is substantially cheaper I shall refund the difference.

International shipping: Australia Post states that it can take 7-10 business days for your package to arrive and depending on customs agencies and postal service at the other end, a little longer. So allow the package 15 business days to arrive. I am happy to insure your parcel if insurance to your destination is available. Unfortunately I cannot be responsible for lost parcels. Please send me a convo for a revised shipping price.

If you would like an invoice please ask. I can send an invoice via email or a recycled paper invoice in your package.

Please make sure your Etsy Address is the same as Your Paypal Address, as this is the address I ship to, thank you!
Refunds and Exchanges
I will accept returns for any item found to be faulty, if you contact me within 7 days of receiving that item. Any international shipping back will be at your expense and I will pay for shipping back to you, if you would like an exchange, or I will refund the item price less initial shipping cost, once I have received the item. If you are unhappy with your purchase please convo me as I want you to be happy with your purchase. I’m confident we will be able to find a mutually acceptable solution. I cannot accept returns on earrings due to health regulations.

Shipping is not refunded.
