1 out of 5 starsIt was watery and the color wasn’t the chocolate brown more like a reddish brown. Did not like at all. It shipped fast though.

Hello. With all due respect; The color is as shown in the photo. Please check the photo thoroughly before ordering as sometimes different monitors may have different representation of items sold online. However, I am truly sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction. I also sent it in a bigger bottle. I should have stuck to sending only exactly what you ordered instead of a bigger quantity free. I thought I could make you happier with more... Just wanted to clarify that The color DOES NOT contain water at all and may settle in the heat and or climate. The color is specifically made so that you can add your own ingredients and does not claim to be thick consistency. My apologies. Thank you for notating the fast shipping as I do try my best and again, I am sorry for any dissatisfaction you had with my product. Blessings.

1 out of 5 starsShe wouldnt refund 8.45 postage overcharge as excuse being buyers pay HER listing fee,HER packaging and HER Etsy fees for selling,how dishonest. seller gave me such a runaround & finally shipped my order 3 weeks after payment with the excuse she had sick child but i noticed other reviews showed buyers got there order within a week in the States so she was posting.To use a sick child to get buyers sympathy is terrible,we all go through hard ships but that is your problem not mine, dont sell if you have to look after a baby & dont make it anybodies problem but your own.

I will NOT refund $8.45 because customer lives out of country and shipping is NOT free for her customized order. Nothing is FREE and this customer sent plenty of messages begging for free items almost every day. She knew the shipping cost before ordering and wrote me everyday asking for free items in which I reluctantly provided but I will not ever do that again. Customers like this make it hard for other customers who really need my help because she took advantage of me! Customer needed to pay for extra packaging as she wanted a totally customized order. SELLERS BEWARE! How am I dishonest? I have the messages to prove it. My shop was also closed so I could take care of my SICK CHILD THAT SHE IS BRINGING UP. Of course she did not care. I still shipped her item in the time frame STATED IN MY SHOP. Shop elsewhere.

I am Sorry your pigment was ruined. U were provided an extra tin, FREE; which came out my Pocket; I would expect you to test 1st before filling 30.00 worth. Also I don't normally give instructions; I assume WHEN buyer seeks me out; they know how to use what they are purchasing/ask questions. I NEVER HEARD from you.-AND this was in June/July. Here is it 3 months later and your'e claiming Ruined pigment. If so, I am sorry; but you should test and ask questions if needed. Also to address the lateness; ALL ITEMS SHIP WITHIN 7-14 BUSINESS DAYS. In June/July IT WAS POSTED ALL OVER MY SHOP HOW MY SONS LUNG/AIRWAY HAD BEEN COLLAPSED BY DOCTORS DUE TO THEM BAGGING HIM AND I WAS AWAY TRAVELING 5 HOUR ROUND TRIPS DAILY/tired + working! I stated I would ship later than normal. SHAME on you for this review.

Do not waste your time or money with this woman- placed an order for a dress to do a maternity shoot and it stated shipment within 7-14 business days... it’s been over a month and still no dress. I contact seller for a refund and not only does she refuse, but she cops an attitude with me like it’s my fault. Don’t sell products you aren’t willing to make in a timely fashion

Hi Everyone! Please do not mind this 1 Negative Nancy. Buyer was clearly informed when she purchased when this item would ship as it is stated all over the site and completely WITHIN the listing. Please continue to waste your time and money on me as you have been. I appreciate it! This buyer states it has been over a month; but it has not. The buyer did contact me; very rudely and I immediately responded and complied with my listing and policy. I understand she may be hormonal and took her anger out on me and that is fine; I totally understand which is why I clearly state in each listing when my items are likely to ship and not to purchase if you have a deadline as I may not be able to accommodate your date. I am unable to read minds and communication is very important. Thank you for your review. Have a great week!
