Payment

We accept PayPal

Shipping

All our packages ship with USPS. Unless you let us know otherwise (via email); we will ship your invitations to your PayPal address. Please make sure your address is correct before purchase your custom listing.

As soon as we ship you package, we will send you the tracking number along with the estimated delivery time. You can track your package online or over the phone.

Our peacock feathers and fans ship within 2 - 3 business days. During this time we are working hard color dyeing each feather and ensuring great quality.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.A)
You will be able to choice with shipping estimate is convenient for you. We can ship your items:
- Parcel Post (5 - 7 business days)
- Priority Mail (2 - 3 business days)
- Express Mail (Next Day)

International Shipping
International shipping takes 6 - 10 business days, not including customs to arrive. Please keep this in mind when you are placing your order. We are not responsible for delays in customs. In some cases customs can take several weeks to clear packages. If by any chance there are taxes and fees upon arrival, it will be your responsibility. We do include insurance on all our international packages.

Refunds and Exchanges

We will not send your items to print until we receive you final approval and payment. As soon as you submit your final payment to us, your items will automatically go to print. Once this happens, we cannot make any more changes to your proof.

Please be sure to review your proofs carefully for spelling, grammar, and color errors to ensure everything is perfect before submitting final payment. We cannot give refunds or exchanges for approved mistakes on the proof. We can only refund errors on shipping or printing.

*Very Important: As soon as you receive your package, count every single item to make sure you are not missing anything. If you notice you are missing items, let us know within 5 business days from the time you received your package. We will send you the items you are missing at no extra cost. After 5 business days have passed, we cannot resend the items without charging you for each one.

* Keep in mind that colors can vary from one computer screen to the next. We will try our hardest to get the color shade you desire. However, we cannot be responsible for the colors shown on your computer monitor.

Q. What are your shop hours?
A. We are open Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM EST, Saturdays from 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM EST. All questions and concerns are answered between 3 - 48 business hours.

Q. Can I change the colors and images on the invitation?
A. Absolutely! You can change everything on our invitations. With Memorable Designs, you are the designer. You can change everything from layout, to color, to images on your invitations until they are perfect. You can make unlimited changes to your invitations / items. This is your special day and we are here to make sure your experience with us is stress free.

Q. Do you offer samples of your invitations?
A. We do offer samples of our invitations. Our sample package includes 3 types of paper we offer, 1 rsvp postcard, 1 rsvp standard card, 1 return address label, 1 envelope.

Q. What is the process for ordering my invitations from your shop?
A. The process is as follows:
- Contact us with any questions or concerns you have. If you are ready to order, send us your wording, color choices, quantity, items needs, and additional information.
- We will then create a deposit listing for you and start working on your first proof when we receive the deposit.
- Within 12- 24 hours, we will send you your first proof for your review. If you would like to make any changes, let us know and we will make those changes. Once we made those changes, we will upload the new proofs for your review. This process will continue until you love your final proofs.
- Once we have made all the corrections needed, we will send you a link for your final payment. As soon as we receive payment, your proofs will automatically go to print.

Q. How long will it take to receive my invitations?
A. Normal production, printing time takes approximately 10 - 15 business days; once we sent your item to print and you approved the final proof.

Rush printing is available for an additional fee of $50. With rush printing the printing will decrease to 5 - 7 business days.

Q. Do you do custom work?
A. Yes, we embrace custom work designs. Contact us if you are looking for something specific and we will create what you desire. We do not charge extra for custom work.

Q. What colors are available?
A. We have over 10,000 shades of colors you can choose from. There are no limitations with us. To find your perfect shade with ease, we recommend going to the following link:

Q. Can I order the design alone so I can print my invitations myself?
A. Yes, you can. All our printable invitations will be sent to you via email. Our printable invitations are high resolution files and we can send them as a jpeg, gif, tiff, or pdf.
Our printable invitations and rsvp are $50 and you can make as many changes as you please.

Q. What cardstock do you use?
A. We offer 4 different types of Cardstock they are:
- Pearl Shimmer Cardstock - 110 LBS
- Textured Cardstock - 110 LBS
- Thick White Cardstock - 110 LBS
- Eco-Friendly Cardstock - 130 BS

Prices vary for each paper type.

Q. Can I get a sample of my exact invitation set?
A. If you would like an exact sample of your invitation set there is a $30 fee. This fee is what our vendor changes us for custom pieces. If you are pleased with your sample and do not wish to make any changes, we will offer you a discount plus refund you the $30 fee.
