Thank you for browsing in my etsy shop.
My goal is to inspire the artists and crafts people who look at my shop. I am always happy to hear from you whether it is to ask questions, tell me about your projects or simply to chat.
I am only taking PayPal at this time. Please pay for your items at the time of check out. This prevents me from having to cancel a sale and then relist. I only hold a sold item for 24 hours without payment unless prior arrangements have been made. After 24 hours I will cancel the sale and relist the items. I will be happy to reserve an item and discuss later payment but please convo me before you make the purchase so we can discuss payment.
All items are carefully packaged. I ship on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. However if you need your purchase in a hurry please convo me and I will be happy to accommodate you. I am making this a new policy in order to conserved fuel. Thanks for your understanding.
All Items are sent via 1st Class USPS with delivery confirmation. Orders weighing more than 13 ounces must be sent Priority Mail. International orders are sent USPS 1st Class International and it is not possible to have a delivery confirmation with International shipping.
In order to keep your shipping costs down, I ship USPS with delivery confirmation.
It is sometimes difficult to get the shipping costs worked out for multiple items, so if you have paid too more than the shipping actually cost, I refund overage (more than $1.00) through PayPal.
If you are in a hurry for your order please convo me and I will ship Priority Mail and send you a PayPal Invoice for the extra charge in shipping.
Sorry, but I cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail.
In the interest of saving trees, I do not include an Etsy Invoice in your order. If you need or want one please indicate that in the notes from buyer to seller at the time of purchase. Thanks for your understanding.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you have any questions whatsoever about an item please convo me. I am happy to answer any and all questions. It is very important to me that you love your purchase, so if there are any problems please contact me and I will make all attempts to resolve the issue.
