Due to the nature of soap and that fact that it is used on parts of the body, we will not be able to accept returns on any soap. All sales are final.

Also please note that our soap can vary in color. Even though we use the same ingredients and methods every time, sometimes the soap comes out in various shades of tan and light brown to cream and white. We assure you that no matter which color your soap bar is, it will be just as good as any other color. These soaps are not meant to be decorative. The benefits to you skin are wonderful and we encourage you to use each bar either as a hand soap at the sink or a bath soap in the bath or shower.

Additional policies and FAQs
We normally do not accept custom orders since our soaps take anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks to "cure" and dry. If you have an event that gives a few months lead time, such as a wedding or holiday event, please feel free to send me a note through the Etsy "Conversation" feature, and we can discuss custom orders.
