My Name Is Not Darren is a small screenprinting studio run by a young lady named Darrin. She gets inspired by the funny little things in life and uses that in her illustrations. She designs and hand prints all of her work.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

-All sales are final, of course on special circumstances I can work with you to make you happy! Please send a convo and we'll work it all out!

-The price you pay for shipping does NOT include shipping insurance. Due to mother nature and other mishaps, I am not responsible for lost or damaged items in the mail. Please message me if you would like to purchase shipping insurance on your order, if you do this then I will replace any lost or damaged items free of charge.
Payment
-I accept payment through Pay Pal and all major credit cards. Payment must be received within 24 hours of purchase.

-Once an item has been shipped you can not cancel it.
Shipping
-I will ship your items after I receive your payment.

-You are responsible for supplying me with the correct shipping address. If I ship to the address you supplied and it was an error on your part then I am not responsible for this error.

-If you are working with me on a custom order I charge a 50% down payment before I start designing. This 50% is non refundable. All custom/personalized work is non refundable.

Domestic Shipping
Domestic shipments are sent via USPS.

International Shipping
International shipments are sent via USPS First Class Mail with tracking and insurance. Depending on where your package is headed, you may only be able to track your package through U.S. departure. Please note, I cannot refund lost shipments at this time.

** Please be aware that customs fees may be charged at your local post office. Customers are occasionally surprised by these fees. Please double check with your local customs office if you are unsure whether import taxes will be applied to your purchase. All customs fees are your responsibility. **
