Ordered two for my granddaughters. My 3 yr old wore hers yesterday for Father's Day and at breakfast she dripped food on the front. A damp cloth was used to wipe off the drip and the black smeared down the front. Contacted the owner and was told she never had a problem before and couldn't do anything since the shirt was worn. Very disappointed that she wasn't willing to offer more assistance. The onesie was purchased for my other granddaughter who is due anytime. Wanted matching shirts for the girls. Afraid to even try the onesie when the baby gets here. Won't have anything to match to anyway. A big waste of money!!!

It is very upsetting to me as a shop owner that this customer went out of her way to be negative. She bought a shirt, spilled food all over it then sent me a photo of the mess. I kindly explained I am not responsible for what happens to the shirt after purchase and can not issue a refund simply because food was spilled on the shirt. Sad day when buyers don't appreciate your hard work and effort and just want items for free.

Payments must be made through Paypal only. I accept credit cards and debit through Paypal.
Payments must be received within 48 hours. If your payment has not been made within 48 hours, the item(s) will be relisted.
Shipping
Processing and Shipping:

Orders will ship to the address on your Etsy invoice unless I have been emailed directly for any changes.
All items will be shipped USPS
All orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days. If your order was placed on a holiday or weekend, it will be processed the following business day.
If you would like to make arrangements to have your order rushed, please email us before you place your order for a quote. International shipping usually takes 7-10 business days to reach you once it has been shipped. However, in some cases it will take longer due to hold ups at customs. I can not take responsibility for the time it takes to get to you, I can only be responsible for when I ship your order.
Refunds and Exchanges
I'm sorry I do not accept refunds or exchanges unless an error has been made on my part. In such a case I need to be contacted within 24 hours of receiving your package for return authorization, and the item(s) must be returned within 48 hours of receipt and an exchange will be made and shipped immediately. In some cases a refund may be given (less shipping).
Items from a smoking home will not be accepted for exchange.
